When a guide says a crystal is "for" protection or a ritual "works," it means practitioners and folk custom hold it so, not that the effect has been measured or proven.

A spell, a crystal, a tarot spread, or a meditation can support how you feel and how you focus. None of it diagnoses or treats anything.
